Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe use of the United Strongman Federation (USF) website and membership services at unitedstrongman.com. Please review them before using the services. Contact support@unitedstrongman.com with questions.

A membership purchase is also governed by the offer and membership agreement you accept at checkout. If this general page differs from the agreement accepted for a purchase, that accepted agreement governs the purchase, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Privacy Policy separately describes how personal information is handled.

Provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only your own account or a profile you are authorized to manage. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Adult memberships are for athletes aged 18 or older. Teen memberships are for athletes aged 13–17 and must be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts the agreement on the athlete’s behalf. Membership is not available to children under 13.

The current annual membership price is $55 USD for adults and $40 USD for teens. The displayed membership price is the total charged; no additional taxes are added at checkout. Review the current offer before purchasing. Benefits are those described in the offer presented at checkout.

Membership does not automatically enter you into an event, guarantee qualification or placement, or override event-specific rules. Competition entry fees, qualification standards, waivers, and other participation requirements may apply separately.

Membership begins after successful payment confirmation and lasts for 12 months. Renewing an active membership adds 12 months from the end of its current paid term. Your account shows the recorded membership dates and status.

Payments are processed through Stripe. An unsuccessful payment does not create or extend membership, and a failed renewal does not shorten an existing paid term. Contact support if a payment and your displayed membership status do not agree.

Adult automatic renewal is optional. If you choose it, you authorize annual charges at the recurring price shown when you enroll, under the agreement you accept. You can turn off automatic renewal through your membership account before the next renewal date. Turning it off stops future renewal charges and preserves the current paid period, subject to refunds and disputes described below. It does not itself issue a refund.

Teen memberships renew manually. Turning 18 does not end a teen’s already-paid term. The next purchase is an adult membership at the applicable adult price; there is no automatic teen-to-adult price change or automatic enrollment in adult recurring billing. Contact support for help transferring account responsibility when the athlete reaches adulthood.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. If a full refund is issued, benefits for the refunded membership period end when United Strongman Federation staff verifies the completed refund and processes the membership update. A partial refund does not change your existing membership benefits or expiration date.

Canceling automatic renewal alone does not qualify a purchase for a refund. Refund requests are reviewed under the agreement accepted at checkout and applicable law.

Contact support@unitedstrongman.com if you believe a charge is incorrect so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.

If a membership payment is disputed, benefits for the affected membership period are suspended when United Strongman Federation staff verifies the open dispute and processes the membership update. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, any remaining benefits are restored after staff verifies and processes that outcome, unless another restriction applies. If the payment is reversed following the dispute, benefits for that membership period end when staff verifies and processes the reversal. These updates do not extend the original membership expiration date.

Refund and dispute reviews are handled Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time. Alerts received outside these hours are reviewed beginning the next business day. Verification and processing may require additional time. Contact support@unitedstrongman.com with questions about your membership.

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or guardian authority, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, or use the service for fraud or other unlawful activity.

We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized access, fraud, security threats, or unlawful use. Contact support if you believe an access restriction is an error. An account-security restriction does not by itself change the refund provisions or remove rights under applicable law.

Event listings, athlete guides, promoter resources, and qualification information help you plan participation. Confirm current dates, entry requirements, weights, and rules with the event organizer and the applicable USF guidance before entering an event.

Strongman participation involves physical risks. Website information is not individualized medical advice or a substitute for appropriate preparation, qualified guidance, or event-specific safety requirements. These website terms do not replace any separate event waiver.

External websites and services, including event registration providers, may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms when using them.

USF and its licensors retain rights in their website materials and branding. You may view and use the materials for personal reference and share links to the website. Obtain permission before reproducing materials or using USF branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and maintenance can occur. Contact support about material errors or service problems. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these general terms as the service changes, identifying the updated date and providing additional notice where required. Updating this page does not retroactively replace the membership agreement accepted for an existing purchase.
